NEWS – If you take a daily pill of any kind, you have probably found yourself in this scenario. All my meds come in blister strips. The strips in boxes. The good thing is that I always have a minimum one of the meds come in day coded strips ensuring that I rarely forget. That said, there’s always that public holiday when I sleep in or that rushed morning when I completely forget then come home to late. I must take three different tablets every morning and a couple of puffs on an inhaler in the evening. These keep me normal. There isn’t a solution yet that I can think of to remind me. Routine is still the best way.

I could stick it to my medicine cabinet though…..

This is great, except I’d probably forget to flip the little switch after taking my pill. 🤦🏻‍♂️
