This product is suitable for patients with sensitive bacteria (not producing β-lactamase strains) who are hospitalized or who cannot be taken orally due to severe illness in the following infections. |1. Upper respiratory infections such as otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, and tonsillitis caused by hemolytic streptococcus, streptococcus pneumonia, staphylococcus, or haemophilus influenza. | 2. Urogenital tract infections caused by E. coli, Proteus mirabilis, or Enterococcus faecalis. | 3. Skin and soft tissue infections caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus, Staphylococcus or E. coli. |4. Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis, pneumonia, etc. caused by Streptococcus haemolytica, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae. |5. This product can still be used to treat typhoid and leptospirosis.
Adverse reactions 
1. Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and pseudomembranous colitis and other gastrointestinal reactions. 2. Allergic reactions such as rash, drug fever, and asthma. 3. Anemia, thrombocytopenia, eosinophilia and so on. 4. Serum aminotransferase can be slightly elevated. 5. Double infection caused by Candida or resistant bacteria. 6. Occasionally central nervous system symptoms such as excitement, anxiety, insomnia, dizziness, and abnormal behavior.
Usage and dosage 
Intramuscular injection or diluted intravenous drip administration. Adults once 0.5 ~ 1g, once every 6 ~ 8 hours. Pediatric daily dose according to body weight 50 ~ 100mg/Kg, divided into 3 to 4 doses. Patients with severely impaired renal function need to adjust the dosage, with patients with an endogenous creatinine clearance rate of 10 to 30 ml/min every 0.25 to 0.5 g every 12 hours; patients with an endogenous creatinine clearance rate of less than 10 ml/min at 0.25 to 0.5 every 24 hours g. Hemodialysis can remove this product, and 1mg of amoxicillin should be given after each hemodialysis.
Contraindications 
Penicillin allergy and penicillin skin test positive patients are contraindicated.
Precautions 
1. Penicillin drugs can cause anaphylactic shock, especially in patients with penicillin or cephalosporin allergy. The history of drug allergy must be asked in detail before application and penicillin skin test. In the event of anaphylactic shock, local emergency treatment should be conducted to maintain airway patency, oxygen supply, and the use of epinephrine, glucocorticoids, and other treatment measures. 
2. Infectious mononucleosis patients use this product is prone to rash, should be avoided.
3. Longer duration patients should check liver, kidney function and blood routine. 
4. Amoxicillin can cause false positives in urine tests using Benedict or Fehling reagents. 
5. The following conditions should be used with caution: (1) People with a history of allergic diseases such as asthma, eczema, hay fever, and urticaria. (2) The dose may need to be adjusted for elderly and severe renal impairment.
