Ring die is the key part of pelletizing step,the right compression ratio of ring die can press out good pellets and make sure good working efficiency.
Ring die in SS material can produce good pellets in smoothly and gloorious surface and perfect hardness.
Ring die is alloy steel material always "survive" longer than SS type,also much cheaper.

Tips: How to maintain and inspect the ring die?
1.The rollers should be correctly adjusted, make sure the hole inlets are not damaged by contact with the rollers or as a result of tramp metal;
2.Material should be evenly distributed across the whole working area;
3.Make sure that all holes work uniformly, opening the clogged holes if necessary;
4.When changing dies, carefully inspect the condition of the die seating surfaces and fixing systems including collar, clamp or wear ring.

1.if in FCL delivery,which means clients order a lot and load the full container,the ring die will be nude and put inside container to save space.
2.if in LCL delivery,which means clients order less than one container,the ring die will be packed carefully in export standard ply-wood case.
